This is a one time use product created 8/21/23 by Scott Pisula to charge Southern Ballroom Exchange UPS overnight shipping charges.

This was the first the lab attempted to print a shipping label for overnight delivery on the print station. While trying to print shipping labels, repeatedly received error messages stating weight and dimensions totals were incorrect. Took packages to UPS Store for assistance, informed the UPS Store does not assist with printing labels for business accounts and it is not possible to login from the store. Store manager informed that's how it works, and additionally informed shipping window was soon closing for package to be overnighted. UPS required Lab to pay full price to send the 2 packages overnight. Contacting UPS customer service to request refund of difference in pricing.
